True North’s New Focus & New Website

We are very excited to announce the launch of True North’s new website!

We’ve been hard at work brainstorming, planning, and bringing our new website to life. Our goal was to create a site that was easy to navigate, user-friendly and embodied the spirit of what True North and the team behind the brand represent.

As we embark on the journey to become the most reputable Civil Engineering search firm in the industry, our first order of business was giving our website a completely new look and feel that accurately represented the history of the company and the new direction we’re headed. For 15 years, True North has been providing executive search services and will continue to do so within the Engineering and Construction industry.

Our new website was designed with job seekers and employers in mind. The new site provides our visitors with useful information about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. You’ll find relevant industry content on our blog, newly published videos about our services and testimonials that highlight our success with recent searches.

Additionally, the site includes a chat bot that will allow job seekers and employers to connect with members of our team in real-time. We’re excited to remove the communication barrier and foster improved discussion and conversations that ultimately help build positive relationships. As recruiters, our job is to make your job search or search for key talent easy and convenient and we believe these new features will help us do just that.

Whether you are a job seeker looking for your next career opportunities or an employer looking to hire, we’re ready to serve you!

Thank you for your continued support!
