We are working with a local Construction Equipment Dealership to find a Territory Sales Representative for their Big Lake, MN location.

SUMMARY

Our client is a heavy construction equipment dealer with locations in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Big Lake, and Omaha. They are an authorized distributor of cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, compact construction equipment, and aggregate equipment. Over the past 25 years, our client has developed a reputation as one of the premier dealerships in the Midwest offering premier brands. We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to add to their Big Lake, MN location.

DUTIES
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships with current and potential customers in assigned territory
  • Quote, Sell and Rent new and used equipment within our fleet of available assets
  • Thoroughly understand the machines and competitive advantages of our equipment
  • Communicate well with Branch Manager, Service Manager, Parts Department, and Technicians regarding customer needs
  • Manage delivery of Sold and Rented assets with customers
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience within the heavy equipment industry is a plus
  • Operators and Service Technicians are encouraged to apply
  • Proven record of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Positive attitude and desire to work well with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
