The West Regional Business Manager is responsible for developing the HCMA business infrastructure/distribution channels with assigned dealers.
SUMMARY
The West Coast Regional Business Manager is responsible for developing the HCMA business infrastructure/distribution channels with assigned dealers. They are also responsible for delivering the agreed business objectives for his/her assigned dealers.
DUTIES
The West Coast Regional Business Manager is responsible for developing the HCMA business infrastructure/distribution channels with assigned dealers. They are also responsible for delivering the agreed business objectives for his/her assigned dealers.
DUTIES
- Drive and support assigned dealers in the sales of all products
- Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from dealers
- Coordinate customer activities
- Monitor, follow-up and report sub-regional market dynamics and dealer sales performance
- Work with Sales Support Admin to secure dealer competencies and motivate dealer in product sales
- Communicate to the Director of Regional Business possibilities/risks regarding discounts affecting price realization and market share in sub-region
- Work with Regional Service Managers to develop assigned dealers product support departments, and to resolve technical issues
- Support Key Account & governmental activities for assigned area
- Increase Market share for assigned dealers
- Being the commercial interface for assigned dealers
- Developing dealer profitability through strategic dealer development of assigned dealers (e.g. dealer restructuring, partnership development plan)
- Dealer forecasting accuracy/deviations and inventory pipeline management
- Managing the development, implementation and follow-up of dealer business plan
- Driving discussions concerning sales support adjustments (technical policy and/or goodwill)
- Effective implementation of dealer tools
- Contribution goals, operating expenses and customer satisfaction for assigned dealers
- (Minimum) Bachelors degree in marketing, finance, or management
- (Preferred) Masters degree in marketing, finance, or management
- (Minimum) 5 years practical working experience in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth
- (Preferred) 10 years practical working experience in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth
