The Tally Story: Audit, Tax and Accounting Recruiting

With roots dating back before 2004, Tally was born out of its sister company, True North to better meet the increasing demand for talent in public accounting, specifically local and regional CPA firms and their clients in need of accounting talent. Simply put, Audit, Tax, and Accounting recruiting is our focus. In every search we conduct, we are dedicated to helping employers and job seekers find the right “fit” to help in their endeavor to achieve success.

Wade Massey is the Division Director of Tally and began his recruiting career in 2012 while primarily focusing his recruiting efforts in the Accounting & Finance sector. Wade’s goal is to help people find and excel in a career they are passionate about, as well as working with clientele to give the best and highest quality of service.

At Tally, our goal is to connect qualified audit, tax and accounting professionals with reputable CPA firms and small and mid-market companies, while building positive partnerships along the way. We do this by following a proprietary Proven Process. We have conducted thousands of searches and have learned that most employers and job seekers value speed, quality and service, so we aim to deliver this in every search.

These three factors also serve as the foundation for the design and development of the Tally website. We aim to provide a high-quality online experience by ease of navigation and accessibility to relevant jobs, candidate and client testimonials, market and industry news, and much more. We are so dedicated to service and building relationships that the new site will feature a chat bot, so our clients and job seekers can access a member of our team in real-time.

We hope you enjoy the new website and look forward to your comments!
