SUMMARY

Our client is a luxury jewelry retailer with over two decades of growth and is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing function. Qualified candidates will enjoy the autonomy to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels—from campaign development and graphic design to event planning and digital marketing. You'll transform marketing into a strategic growth driver for a company expanding into Houston, with a clear path to leading a marketing team within 3-5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns for bridal, custom jewelry, designer events, and seasonal initiatives
  • Create quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize based on data insights
Content Creation & Design
  • Design all marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (invitations, catalogs, social media, email campaigns)
  • Manage direct mail campaigns, print collateral, and website content
  • Create press releases and coordinate media relations
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, automation, and list segmentation
  • Oversee Shopify platform management and functionality
  • Coordinate SEO strategy and monitor Google Analytics
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and execute trunk shows, designer events, and customer appreciation events
  • Coordinate event marketing, logistics, and promotional campaigns from concept through follow-up
Project Management
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets with ROI tracking
  • Maintain CRM and customer database integrity
  • Occasionally support front-of-house operations during peak periods (includes 1-2 Saturdays/month with weekday compensation)
REQUIREMENTS
  • 7-10 years marketing experience with progressive responsibility (5+ years considered for exceptional portfolios)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating design excellence, strategic campaign thinking, and measurable results
  • Luxury retail or high-end consumer marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • E-commerce platform management (Shopify strongly preferred)
  • Email marketing automation and CRM data management
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Project management across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strategic campaign development across all marketing channels
  • Understanding of customer journey and luxury consumer psychology
  • Strong design sensibility aligned with luxury branding standards
